Flight disruption expected due to strike action

29th November 2011 | News

No.1 Traveller is aware of the proposed UK Border Agency immigration officer strike scheduled for Wednesday 30 November and would like to reassure guests that we are planning to be open and operating as usual at Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted.

The full impact of the strike action on departing, transferring and arriving passengers is unknown at present, so if you are preparing to travel tomorrow, we would advise you to contact your airline to check the status of your flight and/or onward connection.

We are expecting a level of disruption, so we are working with the airports where we operate to do all we can to assist. We will be keeping in close contact with them and will be posting any live news or updates via our Twitter feed @No1Traveller.

Any guests who have made a lounge, spa or bedroom booking for tomorrow who don’t end up travelling will be able to transfer their booking to another date, by emailing us at enquiries@No1Traveller.com or by calling 08442 64 64 40.
